Each property keeps its own booking link
When a traveller enquires, we check availability and price for that property and send them its booking link — whether that is your own website, Airbnb or Booking.com. You take the reservation and the payment as you do today.
Add or remove properties at any time by letting us know. Nothing about how you run them changes.
Coming soon: personalised guest itineraries, and referral income when your recommendations become bookings with participating local businesses. Property groups will have access to the programme when it launches.
No stay. No fee. Just 10%.
Your first qualifying completed referral booking is commission-free. After that, you pay the standard 10% only when a guest we referred completes their stay. The incentive applies once per supplier, not per property.
It applies only to qualifying stays attributable to a Levi Finland referral. Bookings you generate yourself, through your own website, your other channels or your returning guests, are never commissionable. Cancelled, no stay: no fee.
Established management companies may agree individual terms instead; the standard rate and the first-booking incentive do not automatically apply to a negotiated agreement.
Questions we're often asked
Can I list multiple properties?
Yes. Apply once for all of them, and send one company website or portfolio link rather than entering each property. One supplier account covers them all.
How does the first commission-free booking work?
The first qualifying completed referral booking on your supplier account carries no commission. It applies once per supplier, not per property, and only a completed stay uses it — not a pending booking, a cancellation or a no-show. It does not apply automatically to separately negotiated agreements.
Is it really free to list?
Yes. There is no joining fee, no listing fee and no monthly listing charge. You only pay commission on a qualifying completed booking our network introduced.
Who receives the accommodation payment?
You do. Guests book and pay you directly through your own booking process. We never take the payment.
Will your platform connect with my current booking system?
It depends on your system. Where a supported connection exists, guests can book through it. Where we only have an iCal feed, availability is indicative, so we confirm availability and price with you before introducing a guest. You never need to change your system.
How is referral tracking handled?
Every referral keeps its original source. We record the enquiry, the booking link we send and the booking you confirm, and reconcile completed stays with you before anything is invoiced.
