Availability, stated honestly
Where you publish an iCal feed, we can use it to show indicative availability. iCal is not a live booking connection, so before a traveller books we confirm availability and price with you, or through your own booking link. The reservation is always created in your system.
Onboarding a portfolio does not mean entering every unit: send your company website or portfolio link when you apply and we will agree the rest with you at review. Any deeper connection to your booking system is discussed then, and is never a condition of joining.
No stay. No fee. Just 10%.
Your first qualifying completed referral booking is commission-free. After that, you pay the standard 10% only when a guest we referred completes their stay. The incentive applies once per supplier, not per property.
It applies only to qualifying stays attributable to a Levi Finland referral. Bookings you generate yourself, through your own website, your other channels or your returning guests, are never commissionable. Cancelled, no stay: no fee.
Established management companies may agree individual terms instead; the standard rate and the first-booking incentive do not automatically apply to a negotiated agreement.
Questions we're often asked
Can established management companies join?
Yes. List selected properties, keep your reservation system, payments, guest communications and concierge exactly as they are, and agree attribution, reporting and individual terms where applicable.
Will your platform connect with my current booking system?
It depends on your system. Where a supported connection exists, guests can book through it. Where we only have an iCal feed, availability is indicative, so we confirm availability and price with you before introducing a guest. You never need to change your system.
What happens to my existing concierge arrangements?
Nothing changes. Your concierge, transfers, guest services and preferred local partners stay yours. Lapland Concierge is part of our network but entirely optional, and we never contact your guests or sign them up to anything.
What commission do you charge?
The standard rate is 10% of a qualifying completed booking our network introduced, invoiced after the stay. Your first qualifying completed referral booking is commission-free. Established management companies may agree individual terms.
How is referral tracking handled?
Every referral keeps its original source. We record the enquiry, the booking link we send and the booking you confirm, and reconcile completed stays with you before anything is invoiced.
Do you charge commission on my own bookings?
No. Bookings you generate yourself, through your own website, your other channels or your returning guests, are never commissionable.
