Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of levifinland.com and any associated services (“the platform”), operated by Levi Finland Adventures. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What this platform is and is not

Levi Finland Adventures is a destination discovery and trip planning platform for Levi Finland. We help travellers find, research, and plan experiences with local operators. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, booking platform, or OTA.

All bookings are made directly between you and the operator. We are not a party to any booking, contract, or payment that takes place between you and an operator. We do not handle payments, add nothing to the price you pay, and have no liability for the fulfilment of any experience, accommodation, or service listed on the platform. Some operators pay us a referral fee when a traveller we referred goes on to book with them. That fee is paid by the operator out of their own margin — it is never added to your price — and it does not determine who we recommend.

Prices, availability, and operator details shown on the platform are provided in good faith but may change without notice. Always confirm directly with the operator before booking.

Accounts

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Community content

The community area allows approved members to publish itineraries, tips, photos, and videos. By submitting content you confirm that:

• The content was created by you or you have permission to share it.
• Any people who appear in photos or videos have given their consent to be featured on the platform.
• The content is accurate and not misleading.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of content you publish. By publishing it, you grant Levi Finland Adventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in associated communications (for example, a social media post featuring a traveller’s photo with attribution). We will not sell your content or license it to third parties for their own commercial use.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, or that we are required to remove by law. We will notify you if we remove your content, except where we are prohibited from doing so.

Prohibited content

You may not publish content that:

• Is false, fabricated, or AI-generated and presented as a real personal experience.
• Is attributed to a person other than yourself.
• Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups.
• Contains spam, unsolicited promotion, or affiliate links.
• Violates any applicable law, including Finnish law and EU law.

AI-assisted features

The trip planner and Ask a Local features use AI to help you plan your trip. Responses are generated by a language model and may not be accurate, up to date, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Do not rely on AI-generated responses as the sole basis for travel decisions — verify important details with operators directly.

Operator listings

Listings on the platform are provided by operators or created editorially by us. We do not independently verify every claim made in a listing. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but make no warranty that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

Operators are independent businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of their services. If you have a dispute with an operator, that dispute is between you and the operator.

Intellectual property

The platform design, written content, code, and trademarks are owned by Levi Finland Adventures or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (for example, sharing a link or quoting a short passage with attribution).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Levi Finland Adventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss arising from reliance on platform content, operator listings, or AI-generated responses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since we do not currently charge users to use the platform, this amount is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence if different.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notifying registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance.
